Key Responsibilities

✅ HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to ESIC, EPF, labor laws, and other regulatory requirements.
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and full & final settlements.
✅ Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and salary disbursement.
✅ HR & Administration: Handle daily HR administration and employee-related tasks.
✅ Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
✅ Performance Management: Conduct periodic appraisals and performance reviews.
✅ Training & Development: Organize skill development programs for employees.
✅ Employee Welfare: Implement policies to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
